On a recent Tuesday, the second chartered aircraft, carrying a generous 89.6 tons of humanitarian and medical aid, touched down at El-Arish International Airport in Egypt. This assistance is a heartfelt contribution from the government and the people of Pakistan, aimed at supporting the brotherly people of Gaza.

Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani, acting on behalf of the government and the people of Pakistan, personally saw off the special flight from Islamabad, emphasizing Pakistan’s commitment to aiding those in need.

Collaboration with the Egyptian Red Crescent Society

The relief assistance, comprising vital humanitarian and medical supplies, has been entrusted to the Egyptian Red Crescent Society. This esteemed organization will facilitate the onward delivery of these essential resources to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in Gaza.

This marks the second chartered flight of aid to Gaza, with a previous shipment of 81 tons of humanitarian and medical assistance arriving at El-Arish International Airport in Egypt on October 19, 2023. Pakistan remains dedicated to extending a helping hand to the people of Gaza during their time of need.
