Chaudhry Nauman Asif, a resident of Pind Dadan Khan in District Jhelum, has made serious allegations against former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry. According to a First Information Report (FIR) filed on November 3, 2023, Nauman Asif claims that Fawad Chaudhry stole six sacks of urea fertilizer and six sacks of DAP fertilizer from his residence. Additionally, he alleges that Chaudhry took four ‘charpai’ (charpoy) from his house.
Delayed FIR Filing
When asked about the delay in filing the FIR, Nauman Asif explained that during the time of the alleged incident, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was in power, and it was challenging to get an FIR registered against Fawad Chaudhry.
Accusation of Involvement in Murder
In a further accusation, the complainant has implicated the former federal minister in the murder of his brother.
Fawad Chaudhry’s Current Legal Situation
